Our Mission

California Youth Karate Club’s mission is to enrich the lives of young people through martial arts, using karate as a vehicle for personal growth, discipline, and positive decision-making. Our nonprofit emphasizes no-to-low-cost access so that children from under-resourced communities can participate regardless of family income.

For over 30 years, California Youth Karate Club, Inc. has brought inclusive, affordable, and high-quality martial arts training to schools and communities across Southern California. Led by Master Instructor and Founder Hugo M. Rojas II, CYKC uses Kenpo Karate to teach discipline, confidence, and self-respect to students of all backgrounds and abilities.

Whether your child is new to martial arts or looking to build confidence and strength, our programs are designed to uplift, inspire, and protect.
